When logged in as an administrator, go to your team's home page and click the 'Edit Team News' link. Select the season you want to create news items for from the drop down list located near the top right of your page. Click 'Create News Item' at the bottom of the page.

When creating a news item, you must enter a date, a title, and content. If you do not enter an author's name, it will default to your user name. You can also upload an image that is maximum 75kb in size with an optional border and image headline.

You cannot use HTML when creating a news item. If you want to include a link or bold a particular word then please use the BB Code tags listed near the bottom of your page.

If you want a news item to take priority over other news items on your team's home page, then make it sticky by selecting 'yes'.

When you are finished creating your news item, press the submit button.

If you want to delete a news item, everything associated with that news item including it's image and user comments will be deleted too. You cannot enter, edit or delete news items if that season has been locked by an organization administrator.
