The Bones ended their 2 game losing streak with a 12-11 win over the Clippers. Both teams had 5 errors on the day, but the Bones also had to overcome 8 walks, 3 balks (2 with runners on 3rd), and a 9th inning Clippers' rally to hold on. Andrew Bruder kept the Bones in the game with 2 2/3 scoreless relief innings with 3 strikeouts. Justin Creadick held on for the win....

Taking a 2 run lead into the 3rd, the wheels completely fell off for 3 innings when the Wave took an 11-3 lead through 5. Despite our comeback attempts, the defense fell apart again in the 9th allowing 4 additional runs and the Bones lose a 2nd straight 15-9 for the first time since Spring 2012. Trailing early, the bats took too long to wake up in a 9-5 defeat to the Gamecasters. Danny Harris filled up the stat sheet going 3 for 4, with a double, homerun, 2 runs, 2 rbi, and 2 stolen bases. Ryan Martin and Steve Taft also had multi-hit days.

Despite two wins heading in Game 3 of the season, our offense had yet to click. That all changed in a 24-0 win over the Masters of the Universe. Ryan Rose and Andrew Bruder combined on 7 inning the shutout, allowing only 7 hits with 8 strikeouts. Offensively, 10 players had multi-hit games. Late Rally Leads to 2-0 Start

Despite blowing a 4 run 6th inning lead, the Bones offense woke up late in a 10-6 with over the Reds. Kevin Splittgerber did lot of the damage at the top of the lineup, finishing 1 for 2 with 3 walks, 3 runs, 1 double, and 2 rbi. Danny Harris added 2 hits, including a triple and 3 rbi.

Both teams struggled to get anything going offensively in the opener, but the Bones came out on top 5-4 over the Angels. Ryan Rose tossed a complete game, allowing only 2 earned runs on 4 hits while striking out 8. Danny Harris finished the game 2 for 4, with 2 runs, 1 double, and 1 rbi.

The Bones 3, Black Storm 2

In a rematch versus the Black Storm, the Legends came out victorious in a 3-2 championship game win. Antonio Diaz tossed a complete game, earning tournament MVP honors. Mike Scharbarth led the team with 2 hits on the day, while rbi singles from Ryan Martin and Alex Gascon in the 5th inning proved to be the difference.

After giving up 2-runs in the top half of the first inning, Alex Gascon started the first of 4 consecutive 2-out singles which tied the game after one inning. Taking a 5-3 lead into the 8th, we gave up the lead allowing 3 runs. Trailing by 1 into the bottom half, Mike Scharbarth got things going with a 1-out single. A 6-run 5th inning proved too much to overcome in a 9-4 defeat to the Black Storm. Danny Harris, Mario Delgado, and Mike Lange all finished with 2 hits in the game, while Jackson Chapelone pitched a complete game. The loss set us up as the 2 seed heading into playoffs with a rematch against the Pacificos.
